The most beautiful spots
High Black Forest: Titisee & Feldberg
Lake Titisee is the region’s best-known postcard view; the Feldberg (1,493 m) its highest summit outside the Alps. In winter a small, family-friendly ski area.
Triberg
Germany’s highest waterfalls and the heartland of cuckoo-clock craft. A good stop on the Black Forest Railway line.
Baden-Baden
Elegant spa town with the Caracalla baths and the Friedrichsbad – first choice for a wellness weekend.
Kinzig valley & Gengenbach
Half-timbered small towns, vineyards and the quieter, more authentic side of the Black Forest.
